1.Construction & finishing of JCCI Tower with net area of 30, 000
m2, infrastructure for 5, 000 m2 around the tower area, water,
sewage, power and water drain.
2. Jenin Camp Emergency Rehabilitation project which consists
of construction of main water-pipe line system 20 km, internal
water network 40 km, construction of sewer system main pipeline
35 km, internal sewage network 40 km, construction of drain
water system 10 km, construction of roads for Jenin camp 40 km.
My Duties : Oversee work schedules and coordinate
subcontractors, determine material and labor costs, regularly
report progress to clients, coordinating with key stakeholders,
ensure safety codes are being met, and make sure the project is
running on schedule.
Construction & finishing of the largest specialized hospital in
north of West Bank with net area of 50, 000 m2, five 2000 m3
ground water tanks, 250 medical beads, infrastructure for 5000
m2 and landscape work for 5000 m2.
My Duties : Oversee work schedules and coordinate
subcontractors, determine material and labor costs, regularly
report progress to clients and stakeholders, ensure safety codes
are being met, and make sure the project is running on schedule.
Project :North East Jenin Project consists of Installation of 25 km
of main pipe 16 inch water net work 60 km, construction of
elevated reservoir with capacity of 5000 m3, construction of
balance ground reservoir with capacity 3000 m3, construction of
booster station with four pumps in addition to four service
buildings .
My Duties : Making sure the work is done to the right standard of
quality, planning what work needs to be done, when and who’s
going to do it, coordinating with key stakeholders, looking at the
risks involved in a particular project and managing these risks,
motivating the team of people involved in the project, making
sure the project is running on time and to budget, making sure the
project is running safety procedure, dealing with changes to the
project as and when necessary, making sure the project deliver

seven military buildings with net area of 40, 600 m2 includes
infrastructure work for 15, 000 m2, water, sewage, power water drain and
asphalting.
Project 02: International artificial grass Playground with stadium and multipurpose sport hall in Arab American
University
My Duties: Make decisions throughout the lifecycle of a
project, from the planning stage to completion, delivering projects on
time, within the budget and resources allocated, putting a project
management strategy in place, managing budgets, and utilizing resources
efficiently, monitoring the project management team, coordinating with
key stakeholders, identifying project risks, and developing innovative
solutions that help achieve organizational goals .

1.Project: Jalboon-Jenin Co-ed stone building school with structure area
of approximately 25, 000 m2, retaining walls all around the building,
asphalt courtyard and concrete play grounds 4200 m2 and infrastructure
and landscape works for 4200 m2.
2.Project: Zeita /Tulkarm Elevated Reservoir with height of 21 m and
capacity of 500 m3 in addition to Access Road leads to the reservoir,
asphalt yard, RW all around the reservoir yard and landscape.
My Duties:
Manage and supervise all project construction works, insure on-site
quality of work, insure on-site safety procedure, supervision for
construction works, review all related submittal, RFI`s, perform IR`s
, writing reports, coordinating with key stakeholders, preparing contracts
of subcontractors, conduct technical meetings and review valuations.
Project : Al-Mirgab Twin Towers 120, 000 m2, -currently caleed pearl and falcon Hilton towers- which includes the following
works: infrastructure for tower area 10, 000 m2, structural works for the tower
with pretension curved slabs, pre-cast concrete facade cladding work for
elevations, internal finishing works, water reservoir 15, 000 m3 and multi-
purpose sport hall (steel structure) building.
My Duties: Develop a detailed
project plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments,
Provide technical support and guidance to the project team members,
coordinate with various teams including design, manufacturing, construction,
and maintenance teams, to ensure project goals are met, ensure the project
adheres to quality standards and regulations, Maintain accurate project
documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and
change orders, maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including
clients, contractors, and vendors, identify and resolve technical issues and
problems that arise during the project.
