Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change and risks.
• Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives.

• Continue professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with project managers, client’s engineers, consultants and local authorities having jurisdiction over the projects.
• Participate in the technical and progress meetings.
• Review codes and variances to determine impacts on projects schedule, costs and estimates.
• Review contracts for scope, specifications, drawings, schematics, detail and requirements and ensure contract performance measures are met.
• Plan and analyse assigned projects, establishes schedules and project parameters and sets procedures to accomplish system objectives, involving complex contracting applications.
• Manage and monitor project budgets, costs and expenditures.
• Work with a variety of internal departments to provide continuity and consistency on project delivery.
• Provide technical assistance to the construction team and ensure proper implementation of design at site.
• Monitor schedule of activities and billing schedule at project sites.
• Responsible for timely completion of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical assistance to the contractor construction team and ensure proper implementation of design at site.
• Review site progress reports against the approved plans.
• Supervise installation, modification, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems at construction sites.
• Review contractor method statements
• Review and reply to correspondences, technical queries, variation claims and time extension requests.
