Support the Regional Coordinator in planning and execution of project activities, including
project planning, resource scheduling, risk management, documentation and support handoff
Support the ICT4P Regional Hub by organizing and facilitating meetings with stakeholders
from multiple, regionally distributed business units, and by coordinating other stakeholder
communications
Identify and track cross-project dependencies and resource conflicts
Maintain a work backlog, support the ongoing prioritization of deliverables and resources, and
track resource availability for project activities
Build productive relationships with business owners; communicate proactively and frequently
with project stakeholders; prepare regular project status reports
Support cost tracking and budget management
- Perform Project Scoping and Requirements gathering for the Region
- Perform vendor selection for technology related products
- Perform business analysis and process mapping for current business flow and to be business flow

• my role on the project was as the following:
update project plan and follow up with oracle project manager on it
coordinate all requirements gathering sessions between Markavip team and vendor consultants
gather and sign up all project documents from Markavip business owners and send them Oracle consultants
manage and follow up, on all project change requests and issues log between the two teams (MVIP and Oracle)
plan team’s needs ( travel, logistics, payments, outsource communications )
plan communication between teams, and the communication hierarchy
played the role of functional lead for all modules strating with financials, SCM, CRM and Warehouse management, to be able to have full overview on gathered requirements feasibility

• Help prepare and conduct the kick-off of the transformation program (Stakeholder meeting, Program introduction to employees, assignment of project team leads/counterparts from all involved the departments, etc.)
• Develop reporting structure and documents (e.g. flash reports, management meetings)
• Follow-up with team lead on progress and escalate key issues to relevant parties and senior management when required
