• Inspecting schools against specific standards to ensure that high standards are maintained and that there is continuing development of the educational system. For example, Identifying staff and head of faculty professional development needs and areas for potential improvement, planning, developing and delivering professional development sessions to the teachers / HoFs to improve education in the public schools to ensure high levels of student performance, i.e. teaching and assessing strategies, assessment for learning (AFL), formative assessments, summative assessments, moderation, designing rubrics, baseline test, science projects and fairs, STEM, STREAM, motivating students, rewarding good behaviors and other related PDs to improve teachers’ performance and students’ achievements. Following the implementation in schools.
• Successfully supported school to develop effective action plans by analyzing student results through various academic reports such as but not limited to formative & summative assessments and international assessments, using eSIS and international assessments reports. That data analysis provided a snapshot of what students know, what they should know, and what can be done to meet their academic needs, And that helped me and the leadership team to make informed decisions that positively affected student outcomes, supporting schools by creating intervention plans to improve. Then, followed up the implementation to ensure an effective implementation and progress, creating effective action plans to support schools’ improvement. I performed need analysis including analyzing science exams such as EMSA, PISA and TIMSS, learning walks, students’ data analysis and inspection reports to create actions plans for improvement., meeting with heads of faculties (HoF) to check updated results of students, using data collected to develop a documented action plan on how to support teachers’ improvement, and how to support students, especially the ones who are struggling. Discussing the school’s improvement plan (SIP) with the HoF to provide a detailed departmental action plan that support a whole school improvement. That supported schools to ensure the improvement of the quality of teaching in schools against defined objectives and the improvement of students’ performance. Conducting teacher appraisals in coordination with the Head of departments/ AVP / Principal in order to assess their performance. Then, creating action plans, set up goals to support teachers’ improvement. Conducting classroom observations to provide teachers with constructive feedback and supporting their continuous improvement, to ensure the best implementation of the curriculum and to support teachers implementing best teaching, learning and assessment practices as well as classroom management. Moreover, I modeled lessons to help creating a professional learning environment. In return, teachers set up goals to improve, and we worked together on following up the improvement based on the goals. Sharing my feedback and effectively with the school’s leadership to ensure the leadership awareness of the teachers’ performance and areas to support and improve.

EmSAT measures the effectiveness of the schools’ teaching and learning methods as well as students’ performance.
• Working with the EmSAT team to develop the Science EmSAT exams (Items writing) to test grades 4, 6 & 8 students. That data was necessary to analyze and to create national action plans to improve education outcomes in the UAE. Developing skill - based questions to ensure a high quality of assessments that measures students’ understanding as well as measuring the development of their 21st. Century skills. Communicating with the EmSAT team to develop a good vision of the EMSAT and how to implement best practices to ensure a high quality of the assessments. Participating in the analysis of the EmSAT data of students to measure the performance of students.
• Researching the outperforming education systems. Studied the curricula approaches and how to adopt to develop the EmSAT Science Framework. Studying and analyzing the PISA Science Framework to benchmark the MoE Science curriculum and as part of creating the EmSAT Framework. Benchmarking the MoE Science curriculum learning objectives to the international curricula, as a prerequisite to create the EmSAT Science Framework with clear SMART learning outcomes that are easy to analyze and to create plans based on the data collected. Ensuring that assessment questions are aligned to Learning Objective and address students’ needs and requirements. Ensuring the total coverage of the exam specifications and learning outcomes

Observing and monitoring schools and classrooms during the exams delivery to ensure the uniform the delivery of the assessment as well as to standardize the administration procedures within ADEC’s schools
Working with my teachers on the analysis of the exam results supported my schools to learn about their students’ progress and appropriate teaching interventions to support further improvement in student learning outcomes.

• Providing the curriculum department with consultation to develop internationally - benchmarked Chemistry and Science curricula. Researching and analyzing international education systems to study the systems, curricula, assessments and concepts needed to be considered during developing the curriculum, benchmarking the developed curriculum and finalize the curriculum document. Benchmarking the Chemistry curricula (LI, LII & LIII) to NGSS, Australia National Curriculum (ACER), Singaporean National Curriculum and Canada; Ontario Curriculum Developing the Chemistry Curriculum using EDMs, (Emerging, Developing, and Mastery). Mastery - Based Learning. Creating the teaching plans for the chemistry curricula. Vetting the sciences textbooks to ensure the quality of the content of the textbooks, pictures, diagrams, scales, etc. Collecting the feedback from the three regions, analyzing the data, then respond to the feedback to support and facilitate the implementation of the curriculum. Reviewing the AP curricula; pre-AP and AP curricula. Reviewing the Biochemistry curriculum.
• Performing curriculum department scheduled schools’ visits to evaluate the implementation of the new curriculum, assess the needs of teachers and schools, get feedback from teachers and admin about the new curriculum and needs for best implementation of the curriculum.
• Planning and organizing visits to some local entities to find out how to cooperate and to integrate the resources of the national entities into the ADEK’s curriculum. For example, visited and cooperated with The National Archive, National Geographic, Securities and Commodities Authority, etc.
• Insuring a clear unpacking of the new curricula by supporting schools. For example, developing professional development / workshops to unpack the new curriculum and to facilitate the implementation in the school. Developing and delivering curriculum workshops to update teachers and leadership with the new curriculum updates. Developing learning and assessment resources to support teachers to implement the new curricula.
• Up-skilling sciences coordinators as leaders by implementing Train of The Trainer Model (T.O.T) and to deliver the curriculum workshops in their schools and in the three regions. Creaking meeting agenda and documenting the minutes of meeting with HoFs / principal to ensure the implementation of agreed agenda as well as to document each meeting for any further action(s).
Managing a team of Science and Chemistry coordinator who were seconded to curriculum department to review the AP Chemistry curriculum, Biochemistry Curriculum and to develop skill - based tasks including inquiries, assessments and practical activities.
• Participating in the discussions of the science subjects’ curricula by attending the meetings with the Ministry of Education to discuss and evaluate the sciences (Science 6 to 9, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) curricula and how to cooperate as two educational entities.

Actively participated as technician, researcher, primary cytologist, and management in the project of the early detection of cervical cancer in Jordan. The project aimed to screen Pap smears and detect any changes in the structure of the cells. I was in charge of the administrative, technical, and research work as well as performing the primary screening of the slides. Any suspicious case was reported to the pathologist for confirmation of the case. Then, all suspected cases were directed to a gynecologist to do colposcopy and / or hysterectomy. Then, each case was interviewed to learn about the family history and social issues. Each case was interviewed with confidentiality and data was analyzed.

I was involved in the research work going on in the Pathology Department such as histology, histo-chemistry, PCR and etc. My dissertation aimed to help pathologists in the Mubarak Al KAbeer hospital to diagnose oncology cases using immuno-histochemistry. I was trained to use different diagnostic and research techniques to be part of the research team in the department.
I participated effectively in the college activities including sport and scientific events as well as social events. I was placed on the honor board for high achievements in my major courses.
