• Inspecting schools against specific standards to ensure that high standards are maintained and that there is continuing development of the educational system. For example, Identifying staff and head of faculty professional development needs and areas for potential improvement, planning, developing and delivering professional development sessions to the teachers / HoFs to improve education in the public schools to ensure high levels of student performance, i.e. teaching and assessing strategies, assessment for learning (AFL), formative assessments, summative assessments, moderation, designing rubrics, baseline test, science projects and fairs, STEM, STREAM, motivating students, rewarding good behaviors and other related PDs to improve teachers’ performance and students’ achievements. Following the implementation in schools.

• Successfully supported school to develop effective action plans by analyzing student results through various academic reports such as but not limited to formative & summative assessments and international assessments, using eSIS and international assessments reports. That data analysis provided a snapshot of what students know, what they should know, and what can be done to meet their academic needs, And that helped me and the leadership team to make informed decisions that positively affected student outcomes, supporting schools by creating intervention plans to improve. Then, followed up the implementation to ensure an effective implementation and progress, creating effective action plans to support schools’ improvement. I performed need analysis including analyzing science exams such as EMSA, PISA and TIMSS, learning walks, students’ data analysis and inspection reports to create actions plans for improvement., meeting with heads of faculties (HoF) to check updated results of students, using data collected to develop a documented action plan on how to support teachers’ improvement, and how to support students, especially the ones who are struggling. Discussing the school’s improvement plan (SIP) with the HoF to provide a detailed departmental action plan that support a whole school improvement. That supported schools to ensure the improvement of the quality of teaching in schools against defined objectives and the improvement of students’ performance. Conducting teacher appraisals in coordination with the Head of departments/ AVP / Principal in order to assess their performance. Then, creating action plans, set up goals to support teachers’ improvement. Conducting classroom observations to provide teachers with constructive feedback and supporting their continuous improvement, to ensure the best implementation of the curriculum and to support teachers implementing best teaching, learning and assessment practices as well as classroom management. Moreover, I modeled lessons to help creating a professional learning environment. In return, teachers set up goals to improve, and we worked together on following up the improvement based on the goals. Sharing my feedback and effectively with the school’s leadership to ensure the leadership awareness of the teachers’ performance and areas to support and improve.

That data was necessary to analyze and to create national action plans to improve education outcomes in the UAE. Developing skill - based questions to ensure a high quality of assessments that measures students’ understanding as well as measuring the development of their 21st. Century skills. Communicating with the EmSAT team to develop a good vision of the EMSAT and how to implement best practices to ensure a high quality of the assessments. • Researching the outperforming education systems. Studied the curricula approaches and how to adopt to develop the EmSAT Science Framework.
