✓ Organize meetings with the customer and fight for our company objectifs.
✓ Prepare the attachments and get approval from our client.
✓ Prepare all quality records from materials receiving until final inspection of installation.
✓ Update the project schedule according to work execution and materials supply.
✓ Supervise and prepare all documentation of commissioning part.
✓ Planning of the maintenance of all equipments of treatment plant.
✓ Follow-up and reporting all maintenance work.
✓ Follow up all works and projects related to the treatment plant.
✓ Calculate all maintenance indicators (Availability, MTBF, MTTR …).
✓ Prepare weekly maintenance schedule by section (Mechanical, Electrical…).
✓ Launch of the project to make the Pit Viper (PV 275) machines more reliable.
✓ Follow-up the construction of Gasoil storage unit with a capacity of more than 40000 m3.
✓ Analysis of the technical offers of the various companies
✓ Ensure the respect of Moroccan and European construction standards.
✓ Monitor day by day work progress and prepare the weekly and monthly program/report.
✓ Follow-up the construction of fire fighting water tank with a capacity of 3000 m 3 at Tan-Tan diesel plant (ONEE).
✓ Technical study of rehabilitation for the fire-fighting circuit at Dakhla diesel plant (ONEE).
✓ Organization of works and technical coordination.
✓ Follow-up all maintenance work.
✓ Prepare weekly reports for works progress.
✓ Commissiong of fire alarm and automatic extinguishing.
✓ Technical study and follow-up of installation/commissioning of fire detection system projects.
✓ Establishing of execution drawings and diagrams for control cabinets.
✓ Site monitoring and planning of work/preventive maintenance of equipment.
