Planning new BCCH & BSIC for interference sites after conducting drive test using TEMS.
Done the BENCH MARK drive for main cities in Karnataka circle.
Analyzing drive plots and log files of different sites and solving issues to overcome those issues which are collected on log files like poor Rx Level, overshooting, quality patches, interference etc.
