Analysis of Raw sewage, primary sample, secondary sample and sludge. (Chemical and Microbiological parameters).
Experience in Aerobic process and anaerobic process.
Experience in Operation and Maintenance, Erection and Commission of the plant.
Startup and shutdown procedures, coordinating and maintenance of equipments.
Oversee Biogas production, Nutrient calculation, Quality monitoring and maintenance of Hygienic practice.
Provide Executive management with documentation of Quality records.
Preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, Power saving, Cost control, Effective utilization of man power, Purchase of chemicals and related plant works.
Correspondence with Government Officers and Pollution control Board.
O & M of reverse osmosis plant at sultanate of Oman.
Oversee Facilities like plumbing, carpentry and AC.
Analysis of Drinking Water as per BIS requirement Parameters.
Coordinate activities on Process and Production of Drinking Water.
Provide Executive Management with Documentation of BIS records.
Guiding Employees to maintain personal hygiene and plant hygiene to achieve good Quality Product.
O&M, Erection and commission, Cleaning of membranes of 10 m3, 5m3 reverse osmosis plant.
Analysis of Beer, Raw materials, Cooling tower water, Boiler water, Chill water, Brine solution, Effluent Treatment Plant sample and guiding Utility department to maintain good quality Product.
Oversee Process (Brew house, Fermentation, filtration) and Bottling Hall (Production of Beer).
