 Attending enquiries from EPC customers, preparing project estimation and costing, technical proposals, conducting site survey during preparation of technical proposals.
 Designing of pollution control systems like Dry Fog Dust Suppression System (DFDSS), Plain Water Dust Suppression System (PWDSS) and utility water supply systems for coal handling plants, cement plants, bulk material handling plants, thermal power plants and mining areas.
 Carrying out basic design & detail engineering of new project jobs. Preparing the Design Basis Reports for the systems, preparing technical specification for piping system as per relevant IS standard and Operation & Maintenance manuals for smooth operation of installed devices & instruments at site.

 Preparation P & ID, general arrangement (GA) drawings for making the list of instruments and floating enquiries, vendors bid evaluation and technical recommendation.
 Preparation of detailed engineering documents after order, modeling and detailing of instrumentation panels for controlling of process plants like oil and gas project.
 Preparation of power distribution board drawings, communication & network drawings using AUTOCAD.
 Sizing calculation for various transmitters/Instruments, Hook-up & Installation drawings, Instrument selection, Preparation of BOM, product data sheets and Instruments location plan.
 Experience in the area of field instrumentation and process Automation in Oil & Gas projects.

 Modeling and detailing of railway signal posts, solar panel, Card frames (Chassis) for the control systems, 3D modeling, assembling and preparation of part drawings for manufacturing using AUTOCAD. Experience in design of Stainless Steel components and Sheet metals.
 Designed the mechanical components for Railway signaling systems for manned and un-manned gates for Indian Railways - TAWD (Train Actuated Warning Device) and SSDAC (Single Section Digital Axle Counter).
 Modeling and Detailing of Instrumentation Panels for Indian Railways Signaling System, ABB, Reliance and Alstom-AFTC Project.
