Business activities:
Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant.
Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Organizing marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes.
Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales.
Creating and executing plans for department sales, profit and staff development.
Setting budgets and/or agreeing them with senior management.
Planning and coordinating menus.
Front-of-house:
Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
Managing staff and providing them with feedback.
Responding to customer complaints.
Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company's uniform standards.
Meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations.
Recruiting, training and motivating staff.
Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff.
Housekeeping:
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety.
Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required.
Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.
Taking responsibility
Day to day running of the residence and property.
Management and daily operations of yachts and private Jets.
Working as CEO’s representative cum Personal Butler.

Arranging events, outdoor camps and high profile get-togethers.
Assist with event planning for catering, décor and floral.
Menu planning & meal preparation for healthy meals including food & beverage service.
Arranging travel plans for the employer as well as the household guests.
Maintain the wardrobe and clothing inventory and clothing storage for gentleman.
To be prepared to present the property to the employer at all times.
Serving food and beverages.
General valet services.
Answers resident telephone calls.
Hiring and supervising junior staff.
Managing Housekeeping duties.
Errands and grocery shopping.
Laundry and ironing, wardrobe care & organization of closets.
Receiving and sending of packages.
Training, scheduling of staff and the management of staff duties.
Providing guest services on the highest level according to the Marriott standards.
Checkup of guest room prior to arrival to ensure a top standard.
Greet and escort guests upon arrival, to converse about the hotel amenities and events.
Responsible for identifying and fulfilling both the expressed and unexpressed needs
And wishes of the guests.
Ensuring that all special requests are communicated accordingly.
Coordinate unpacking services, pressing services, shoe shine, morning beverage,
Transportation needs and assist with private dining.
Prepare table for meals, including the complete set up of linen, silverware and glassware.
Perform light food preparation duties including bread, salad preparation, appetizer and desert presentation
Greet guest in a professional manner and provide education about food and beverage menu.
Inform customer of daily specials
Check food and beverages for quality and presentation before serving to guest.
Serve food and beverage to guest.
Receive guest payments and process transaction
Clear and clean tables promptly according to proper sanitation standards
Complete side duties as required including, polishing silverware, restaurant set up, and filling condiments
