Responsible for the day to day operation including hard and soft services.
Ensure that the plumbing, electrical, and cooling systems are operating efficiently.
Project updates with equipments status report on weekly basis with client.
Building condition audit and reports.
Managing External specialized service providers, for UPS, FM200 system, Fire Alarm System & Fire Fighting Equipment, in order to complete all the Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule and reactive calls within the time frame.

MEP Operations coordinator reporting direct to Technical Service Manager in Bahrain Financial Harbour Commercial Complex, which comprises of 6 storey Mall and 52 storey dual towers.
Coordinating with Supervisor to complete the reactive calls in a timely manner
Scheduling of Planned Preventive Maintenance for the complete equipment as per the O & M manuals.
In absence of Supervisor’s, organizing the technical team for various jobs and Planned preventive Maintenance and inspection of the site upon completion of works
Scheduling and conducting Fire Alarm Test’s & inspecting integrated services function in co-ordination with service providers.
Supervising Fire Fighting equipment maintenance.
Rising purchase orders for defective spare parts as per operation & maintenance requirement
Supervising External specialized service providers, for Rotary UPS, stand by Generator, Fire Alarm System, Fire Fighting Equipment, Lifts - Escalators & IPTV system in order to complete all the Planned Preventive Maintenance Schedule and reactive calls within the time frame.
Carrying out Inspection for commercial offices fit-out works & reporting to Technical Service Manager along with Inspection Report.
Asset capturing & uploading into Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) for Bahrain Financial Harbour, Reef Island, GB Corp, Schlumberger & Harbour House.
Planning & generating Preventive Maintenance work order for Bahrain Financial Harbour, Reef Island, GB Corp, Schlumberger & Harbour House.
Generating monthly operations report for Bahrain Financial Harbour, Reef Island, GB Corp, Schlumberger & Harbour House.
Generating monthly stock report for Bahrain Financial Harbour.
Managing complete warranty details of each Assets in Bahrain Financial Harbour.
Ensure MEP office activities are carried out in line with organizational requirements of HSEQ.
