Duties & responsibilities: -
• Handling the customer complaints / feedback and Overall Operation
• Handling Fine-Dine-In Restaurant / Theatre of Serving Ala Carte Menu & Live Seafood Cooking Station
• Handling the ‘Coffee shop, mini-Restaurant takeaway hot food snacks
• Handling the closing Cashier shift reports, Petty cash reimbursement, Treasury Office work etc.
• Making sure staff is taking care of online delivery platform to get the good online ratings & feedback from the customers (Talabat, Zomato, Careem & Deliveroo)
• Receiving the Meat/Fruits & Veg from Suppliers by checking the temperature, quality of products, expiration, PO & Invoice amount if it’s matching and entering in the MC system, recording the Supplier details & product details in Safe & Sound diary for Dubai Municipality audit purpose and for internal record purpose.
• Doing the weekly Petty cash reimbursement excel sheet form from accounts and submit to accounts for verification and reimbursed from Cashier sale and do the needful in Vista-Cashdesk.
• Doing the stock take/Inventory every week, check the Variance and make the reports in MC-Material Control system & Vista system
• Motivating to staff to enrich the high standard of customer service
• Daily Cashier Audit & Weekly Camera Audit
• Programming the movie schedule
• Doing the weekly Staff Roster /Schedule according to the business requirement to run Smooth-Operation
• Maintenance report & IT issues - Taking action on issues to fix by following to approved contractors of maintenance issues & as well as the IT related issues fixing by Internal MAF IT Team
