• Monitor the daily process quality parameters to achieve C.P.K. target.
• Analyse, validate or modelling quality data with the purpose of understanding and improvement.
• Make conclusions from the data for decision making purposes.

• Lead the planning and implementation of project related to primary processing.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.

• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
• Create detailed reports and/or presentation and share this information to stakeholders.
• Organize QME servicing (regular checking, calibrating, adjusting, tuning and cleaning) in concordance with company and QME procedures requirements.
• Understand health & safety aspects of the work, identify the hazards, assess the risks, and ensure that control measures are implemented in order to maintain a healthy and safe workplace for employees.
• Ensure that supervised employees always demonstrate safe behaviour, never violate health and safety rules, report incidents and near misses, eliminate unsafe conditions and behaviours, and actively demonstrate commitment to health and safety.

• Implement, monitor and document the QA\QC activities as per the established inspection and Inspection test plan (ITPs) narrated in the project QA/QC plan.
• Raise NCRs and SORs once the activities are deviated from the contract specifications and do the corrective actions needed.
• Develop quality system manual, method statements and inspection test request.
• Oversee the design of construction as per the international and organization standards.
• Main tain the checklist of inspection processes and protocols used within.
• Manage the documentation of inspections and tests conducted.
• Establish and maintain a regular system of project monitoring and evaluation.
• Formulate material submittals, technical data, and samples for approval.
• Evaluate material submittals, method statements and sub - contractor prequalification in compliance with project specifications and contract document

• Supervision over operations workforce, preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Identify the problems and issues regarding quality of products and give recommendations.
• Follow and promote al l safety regulations and ensure
Plant adheres to policies and regulations.
• Documentations of inbound, production and outbound.
• Evaluate, problem solve breakdowns and analyse root causes to improve procedures.
• Recommend the reprocessing of the low-quality products.
• Optimize workflow and analyse ways to prevent future risks.
