A- Financial Reporting:
Preparing financial statements: Financial Position, Income statement, Cash flow statement, statement of owner's equity and explanatory notes.
Maintaining accounting records in accordance with the Egyptian accounting standards and IFRS and in compliance with the Egyptian tax legislation.
Construction sector: Reviewing the subcontractor's invoices, ensure the correct advance payment balance,
performance guarantee retention, ensure Letter of guarantee are updated, ensure the compliance with the sales
tax & social insurance regulations.
Budgeting & Cost accounting: Cost control, preparing budgets to meet the company overall mission.
Preparing reports of performance management, comparing actual cost with budgeted, variance analysis, ratio
analysis.
Tracing costs to the activities, Calculating materials cost, WIP cost & finished goods cost.
Establishing and ensuring proper internal control
Managing& training the finance department team & improving their skills
Carry out duties using the company ERP (Accounting Software e.g.: Quick books, Comsys)
Fixed Assets register
Maintain fixed assets register contain all the detailed information: location, description, categories
ensuring right valuation, proper depreciation calculation.
B- Tax
Ensuring the availability of the accounting information and the filling of the tax declaration before the dead
Preparing financial statements: Financial Position, Income statement, Cash flow statement, statement of owner's equity and explanatory notes.
Maintaining accounting records in accordance with the Egyptian accounting standards and IFRS and in compliance with the Egyptian tax legislation.
