-Responsible for the management of other project managers, project teams, other consultants and clients.
- Responsible for the successful completion of large/complex projects.
- To provide supervision and mentoring to the team.
- Participate in preparing the proposal, presentations, contractual agreement
FINANCIAL PERSPECTIVE
- MANAGE PROJECT COSTING TO AVOID COST OVERRUNS
- Review pricing against cost to ensure project profitability through clear understanding of pricing strategy.
- Optimize resource usage.

INTERNAL BUSINESS PROCESS PERSPECTIVE
- Identify opportunities to leverage existing project assets into intellectual property.
Scope Management
- Owns the project deliverables (i.e. Requirements specs, design document, schedule, code, etc.)
- Reviewing deliverables in general including documents, and code
- Reviewing design to ensure its compliance with the client requirements and internal systems.
Configuration Management
- Review project baselines
- Reviewing packages/documents to be delivered
Communication Management
- Communicate with different parties i.e. graphic designer, technical writing to complete project.
- Report to Engagement manager project status on a weekly basis.
- Report to Division manager project status on a weekly basis.
- Communicate with EM and DM any change requests’ impact on cost, estimate and schedule.
Risk Management
- Identify Develop and Analyze project risks and create plans for integrating them.
- Continuous follow-up on risk management plan to ensure it is up to date.
- Manage risk of estimate overruns due to change requests.
Cost & Schedule Management
- Responsible for developing and tracking the project schedule
- Review and approve time estimate developed.
- Update project, estimate based on approved change requests.
Measurement & Tracking Management
- Analyzing and tracking bug count, closure rate, and rejection rate
- Measuring project cost weekly (actual vs. estimate)
- Measuring project Effort weekly (actual vs. estimate)
- Measuring project Time weekly (actual vs. estimate)
- Identifying triggers and actions needed to be taken on identifying problems based on measurements
Quality Management
- Reporting project quality status to EM, and DM.
- Responsible for quality audit reviews and project conformance
- Ensure conformance to quality assurance processes within the project
- Report defects or weaknesses in internal processes to Quality Manager.

Team Management
- Request adequate human resources & hardware/other resources to achieve project completion
- Ensure team motivation to achieve required project deadlines, and complete deliverables.
