Role and Responsibilities:
•Coordinated, managed and supervised projects regarding ELV systems (Audio Visual System, Public Address, SMATV, CCTV, Door Access Systems, Stage Lighting, Tie-line System, Fireman Intercom, Data Network System and Sound Reinforcement)
• Liaised with suppliers, clients, main-con and sub-contractor in order to manage and solving issues at project's site or coordination issues based on approved construction drawing and schematics drawing.
•Supervised for sub-contractor ELV installation team.
•Submit progress reports and drawings shop drawings and as-built drawing
•Attended safety and Internal meeting
Project - The Royal Castle Thirumudivakam, Chennai
Role and Responsibilities:
•Supervise project execution, evaluate and monitor manpower productivity
•Supervisor for electricians
•Schedule the work in accordance to project timeline and deadlines
•Maintain the different phases of the project and evaluate all the technical problems and resolve them
•Maintain the safety measures on site and ensure that all quality control regulations are me
•Responsible for allocating work among team members for timely completion of project
•Responsible to do surveys including site measurements
•Responsible for Highlighting foreseen Problem & Delays in advance Escalating to the PM
•Coordinate with consultants, architects, and other stakeholders
•Prepare Technical documents and ensure that the work was carried in accordance to the drawings and specifications
•Write reports about work process and completion rates
Clients : BSNL, RELIANCE, MTS & NEC PVT LTD.
Role and Responsibilities:
•Installation & Commissioning of DELTA, XL, DASC, TELECOM, FOR POWER PLANTS.
•Installation, commissioning of Battery Bank.
•Alarm termination of the Power Plants.
•We have execute the whole site till acceptance Testing and submitted reports to upper authority.
•We have coordinate all activities related planning & generate detail technical network/system proposals base on technology and coordinate all the team.
•Installing, supervising, quality audit and alarm rectification of sites.
•Checking delivery of material at site.
