2.Arrange appointments and follow-up, hotel reservation to the guests of the company.
3.Support, information technology department to monitor the performance of computer hardware.
4.Assist staffs who are facing any problem in dealing with the software or any malfunction.
1 - Contact customers for some companies and ask them about the extent of satisfaction with the services of companies.
2 - to inquire about some of the services offered by companies to their customers and what are their proposals.
This is done over the phone and fill out questionnaires designed on the computer.
