•Responsible for the day to day support of Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
•Lead the planning, coordination and support of all Oracle activities relating to the maintenance and on-going development of the Oracle Financial Suite.
•Provide day to day user support, responding to queries in a timely manner.
•Evaluate requirements from users, prepare change requests for approval from management with solution approach.
•Review functional setups & configuration and take corrective action.
•Conduct training sessions for Oracle core and business user groups.
•Raise support SR’s with Oracle support and follow up for solutions
•Coordinate with Oracle support, DBA, Technical consultant and other Functional consultants for implementing bug fixes.
•Provide training to new users and retraining to existing users on new functionalities.
•Advise management on road map for Application enhancements, identification, implementation of new, advanced functionalities and new modules.
•Coordination with the group’s finance teams on Oracle and other functional issues.
•Preparing Financial Statements using Financial Statements Generator (FSG)
•Assist the Finance team in the monthly /quarterly financial consolidation.
•Collaborate with all departments to ensure all management reporting requirements are defined and supported by the current systems.
