Maintain and update employee files related to hiring’s, terminations, leaves, transfers, promotions or renewed information.

Preparing budget for the HR based on the annual plan, and monitoring financial performance versus budget to ensure adherence to approved financials.
Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Human Resource policies and procedures.
Delegating work to Administration staff and managing their workload and output.
Ensuring that appraisals are done in a timely and consistent manner, and identifying training needs for employees to improve their performance and develop their skills.
Monitoring the performance of employees on probation period in coordination with direct managers.
Creating, updating, and maintaining an effective appraisal and evaluation system, and ensuring that each employee is appraised by his direct manager and assigned annual objectives.
Setting out a salary scale for all positions.
