Bank Credit / Finance Sector Manager

- Responsible for initiating department of Credit/Bank operations team for securing making necessary operations / bank contacts / best credit offers / budgeting / managing cash flow overall company.
- Securing Financial needs with future vision based on Long and Short terms
- Follow-up dealing with different banks in the area of credit facilities, past and present, and follow up the implementation of the terms of the facilities contracts and extent of their conformity with the facilities granted.
- Preparing the daily report on the financial position of the facilities banks, to benefit the total availability of each facility item, the actual user and the balance available for disbursement.
- Follow up the payment of daily, weekly and monthly obligations and provide appropriate financing proposals in manner commensurate with the balances available in banks and available financial resources (cash / checks) and make the best use of them without exposing the company to any financial risks or bottlenecks.
- Follow up to foreign and domestic transfers issued to local and external suppliers, whether through banks or through the main treasury, and to provide the financial management with copies of transfers in timely manner after coding the external suppliers from His Excellency / Managing Director
- Preparing, classifying, following up and providing the required documents to banks, whether they are dealing with it for the first time or in the case of annual renewal of contract.
- Secure access to monthly bank statements of facilities accounts, first-hand.
- Preparing and reviewing all bank forms required for transfers and other bank transactions for each bank separately, and following up all bank transactions with credit accounts until the completion of the required transaction and sending assets or copies of documents indicating the transaction of financial management upon completion of it.
- Providing weekly and monthly reports on financial resources and credit uses.
