 Manage preparing materials for operational reports (Microsoft Word) and presentations (PowerPoint) with administrative support in collecting data, typing, faxing courier and copying.
 Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
 Create purchase requests and purchase orders on JDE, follow up their approvals, their receiving on system till delivering them to the payable section.

Corporate & Banks’ Relations Achievements (12 Companies/12 Banks/ 60 Accounts):


 Prepare year end board reports for the group.
 Prepare the corporate annual report.
 Manage the power of signature with banks for the group.
- Keep records of the corporate power of signatures with banks.
- Supply banks with legal documents.
- Communicate with banks’ representatives to fulfill their requirements.
- Handle updates to power of signatures at Banks & getting the board approvals
 Follow up of capital increase till issuance of company’s statutes.


Audit Achievements (12 Companies/12 Banks/ 60 Accounts):


 Manage the bank confirmation and correspondences with banks.
 Complete the related parties confirmation & correspondences related parties for the group.
 Prepare and format draft financial statements for the group.
 Keep records of auditors’ fees and follow up on payments.
 Manage all the logistics of the Engagement letters for auditor, tax advisor, consultants …. etc.
 Obtain the approval of chairmen of the Engagement Letters “12 Companies” for PWC, E&Y, GT and other consultants as per the board approvals.
 Obtain the approvals of chairmen of Representation Letters “12 Companies” for year-end financial audit as per E&Y Requirements.


Support the CFO work including:


 Maintain the CFO’s calendar of appointments and time scheduling.
 Manage an organizational system for the CFO’s Contacts.
 Manage preparing materials for operational reports (Microsoft Word) and presentations (PowerPoint) with administrative support in collecting data, typing, faxing courier and copying.
 Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion.
 Handle all the logistics required for any event.
 Create purchase requests and purchase orders on JDE, follow up their approvals, their receiving on system till delivering them to the payable section.
 Assist the CFO with any additional reporting requirements, creation of spreadsheets and tracking data from various team members across the company.
 Research through internet and other resources.
 Manage travel and training requests; coordinate making travel and other arrangements (Travel requests, tickets booking pickups - meet and assist, if any & hotel accommodation) for conferences and business trips; compiles expense reports.
 Compose, proofread, edit, and prepare briefings, documents, proposals, memos, program summaries, and meeting agendas, follow up reports and other related materials for internal and external distribution.
 Other duties as assigned by the CFO.

Filing System Achievements (12 Companies):


 Manage the filing system for the CFO & Finance team with Infofort.
 Manage electronic filing for the CFO.


HR Issues Achievements (With the CFO):


 Worked on the finance organization chart (Visio).
 Prepared the finance team job description.
 Helped in the process of recruitment for the finance team.
 Prepared the Finance KPIs.
