I have multiple experience in public as well as in private sector in different positions. through out my career i also improved my qualification as well. I received a lot of experience from different renouned and prestigious institution e.g in public sector i have experienced from basic unit till to National level i-e Ministry at deputy director level. In private sector, i got technical experience funded by WHO, UNICEF, DFID, GLOBAL FUND to different institution of Health. I also have experience of development and training.
Basic job is monitoring and evaluation from the National Level to Provincial and district level. Before that i was experienced in development and training component in which i did development of modules, plan to conduct training of different cadre of health providers, through out the country. Most recently i am designated the M&E position, in which i am responsible to monitor and supervised the health facilities, attend surveillance meeting through out the country.Other than this to get the data, analyze and interpret the data for dissemination. Other than this, complete the assignment as per directives of the senior management.
