Making production plan according to the demand of the market.
- Responsible for day to day activities of production area like dispensing of raw materials, monitoring of packaging activities and so on.
- Ensuring quality of each batch as per the requirement.
- Prepare and maintain BMR, BPR, SOP and other documents as per requirement.
- Monitor and handling all production activities according to GMP, SOPs and maintain liaison all other department of an industry.
- Arranging different training programs and ensure implementation.
- Ensuring maximum utilization of materials, manpower and machinery.
- Maintaining discipline and proper housekeeping in the section.
