• Develop channels, in close collaboration with Brand Marketing team, in line with each brand’s strategy and objectives. Brief and manage activities necessary "Below the Line" brand assets.
• Closes business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; closing deals and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
• Organizing and managing campaigns and ensuring each one runs smoothly, troubleshooting any emerging issues as they arise.
• Managing a huge internal and external database, ensuring internally that the right people are carefully selected to represent any campaign
• Analyze competitors’ activations, in collaboration with supervisor teams across different Markets.
• Define role, objectives, KPIs and priorities for business client partners. Monitor their activity and provide them with regular support and information on each brand’s priorities throughout the year.
• Administer operational procedures to ensure that the department runs smoothly
• Complete appropriate Costing, budgeting and financial reporting
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identifying new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meeting with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.

I used to be responsible for the business-to-customer promotional team. My responsibilities included organizing the team of promoters, following up with the customers, collecting data. I used to be the spokesperson for the customers, and I used to speak at events and introduce the products to the costumers, as well as organize all the promotional gifts and products. I was responsible for monitoring and maintaing the ranking of the Givenchy products in the retail store.
I used to be a makeup artist and a sales person, and I was in charge of raising the sales ranking of retail stores.
