Recruitment of all categories for our Health Centers and finalize the process starting from collecting CV, review the the qualifications and experiences meet our requirements, calling applicants for interviews, get CID aporoval for the recommended applicants, if the position clinical start the process to licenses them under Abu Dhabi Health Authority HAAD, dealing with dataflow to verify their certificates approvals to go ahed and hire the applicants.
In addition doing yearly reports about HR Recruitment section budget and Manpower plans.
Very good
