Responsibilities: • Prepare the annual -bank wide- new hires budget for the upcoming one to five years.
• Approve daily applications of new hires & deduct them off the new budget.
• Calculate monthly Gross salary for unusual new hires (high calibers)
• Record on monthly basis the resigned, transferred, and unpaid leaves for replacement purposes in both headcount and financial budget.
• Answer Business Partners', and recruitment questions regarding any headcount inquiries.
• Confirm the accuracy in financial budget regarding the replacement of vacant positions as they differ from the ones in the new hires budget.
• Track all the data and actions taken regarding the headcount on daily basis for all the concerned parties to act accordingly when they recruit new candidates.
• Provide a monthly report regarding what was deducted off the headcount so far including vacancy deductions, new hires, new resignations, new transfers in, transfers out, and available original budget approved.
• Provide a justification for all the deducted positions along with a record of the hiring data, authorization signatures, and usually a copy of the application.
• Hold a very strict service level to enable a fast work flow.
• Provide a quarterly report about the financial amount that should have been spent for the new staff originally forecasted in the current budget, versus the actual figures with justifications.
• Liquidize headcounts into a pool of cash - when needed-, in order to either merge two or more of them for a more expensive new hire, or the opposite.
• Move vacancies along with transfers, and place them on their proper new departments, verifying the process of the transfer, & the effective date.
• Insert the related hiring data of all the new hires' to the oracle system.
• Participate in the new "Intranet" project as the sole representative on behalf of the Personnel & HR which is a project to renovate the Bank's intranet.
• Provide -on yearly basis- the salaries updated sheet for the new budget, to present their forecasted expense for the coming yearly plan. This includes different allowances for each and every grade in all department of the bank, medical & social shares for both the employee and the bank, and finally the overall totals. All -regarding the new hires' part-are then sent to the finance to approve its cost -according to the HR committee- as a part of the bank's yearly overall budget.
• Aid in the formation of the different kinds of profit share letters.
• Produce the Employees' stock option contracts, including its par value, legally approved terms & conditions, and each employee's data.
• Create a database for distributing, collecting, and tracking the profit share yearly contracts of all staff in various departments of the bank along with their IDs.
