Executed all the processes in the Tender Dept starting from the searching and the purchase of the tenders, to its submission and following up with the contracts Awarded till the contract period expires.
• Assembled the technical and commercial documents required for the Tender submission.
• Prepared the whole Tender documents for the submission as per each client’s instructions.
• Played key role in meeting the deadlines of any request from the Client regarding a Tender/Contract.
• Co-ordinated the workflow with various departments through constant follow up and communication with them and the Client.
• Searched for suitable Tender Announcements, both online & correspondence to purchase them on time.
• Arranged the Bank Guarantees and Insurance certificates required for each Tender/Contract by co-ordinating with the finance department.
• Conveyed proper information/decisions/clarifications on every phase of the Tender/Contract period with the client so that they are assured of its status all the time.
• Executed a close follow up of the Tenders submitted and responded for Post Tender Clarification requests from the client at once.
• Coordinated Pre & Post tender/Contract Meetings with clients.
• Systematically recorded all the correspondence, meetings, submitted & received documents as both hard copy & soft copy.
• Updated, Monitored & Managed the Tender/Contract Master File.
Co-ordinate all the new and ongoing projects for the Non-Destructive Testing dept.
• Prepare Project proposal, monthly report, HSE Report, Tool Box Report and KPI’s.
• Review and forward promptly forward the detailed Inspection Reports to the Clients on time.
• Make sure that all the Technicians/Inspectors have proper Personal Protective
Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure all the Technicians/Inspectors have a valid H2S training, Safety Induction,
Confined Space, Work at height, Fire Fighting and Breathing Apparatus training as
required.
• Prepare all the gate pass access for all Inspectors/Technicians and arrange for
their transportation.
• Review all the work requests from the Client Companies.
• Prepare the time sheet for all the works done by our technicians.
• Arrange visa and flight schedule of all assigned Inspectors/Technicians.
• Ensure Client satisfaction at all times on the services rendered to them by the
Company.
• Inform both the client and vendor on any abrupt changes in the schedules due to
overlaps; and resolve issues affecting the timely execution of duties.
• Facilitate the prompt deployment of Inspectors.
• Prepare/Clear all the invoices of the Client and Sub-Contractor Companies for the
services rendered by/to the company on time.
Main duties performed:
➢ Project Experiences in Revit MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Modeling Using Latest Versions of Revit-2015, 2016 & 2017).
➢ Design and Model HVAC and Chiller Units for Server Rooms (Electrical and Electronic Rooms)
➢ Creating new Families And Templates.
➢ Modeling of Duct & Chilled Water Pipes.
➢ Modeling of Drainage Plumbing, Water Supply & Medical Gas Pipes.
➢ Designing of Lighting & Power Drawings.
➢ Modeling of Electrical Rooms & LV Rooms.
➢ Modeling of Fire Fighting Units.
➢ Modeling of cable trays and trunks.

➢ Completed 120 hours training course of Advanced REVIT MEP (BIM) 2017 from CAD + Institute of MEP Engineering.
➢ Proficient in REVIT Architecture.
➢ Proficiency in Family Creation.
➢ Competency in designing HVAC, Fire Fighting, Drainage Plumbing, Water Supply, Lighting and Power circuits, Electrical Rooms required for a building.
➢ Attained in-depth experience in Exporting, Importing, Scheduling, Sheet setting, Work Sharing and Coordination.
Achievements:
➢ Completed a three months AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical course certified by the CAD Centre.
➢ Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical was attained.
➢ Attained in-depth knowledge in creating electrical and electronic circuit diagrams, electrical room, schematics, control circuit diagrams, and documentation of the same.
Main duties performed:
Attended the Initial Learning Programme, a three months training programme initiated by TCS for every fresh employee.
Completed the training for Business Intelligence and Performance Management.
Successfully completed a software project on analyzing the overall performance of a Courier Services company and providing business solutions which would enhance them.
Learned and executed all the processes in a Software Development Life Cycle, through the project.
