Successfully established a well-structured onboarding program for the business within the first year.
Designed a brand new employee handbook in excess of 80 pages to combine best practices and employer expectations.
Key Accomplishments:
Established the "Independent Study Program" initiative that was endorsed and signed by VP for operators and technicians who remarkably obtained a bachelor's degree while on their work duties to increase their retention.
Created a sub-brand logo for Global Manufacturing to promote its value among other Admin Areas and successfully increase employee engagement.
Organized, shot, and managed a video of employees to congratulate and celebrate their colleagues who had achieved a long service milestone.
Fully designed and implemented a regular email announcement for all department heads and planners, as well as a fully designed brochure to explain the HRD Division enhancements.
Introduced a modern welcoming kit for newcomers that include shirts, branded cups, and chargeable folders as a friendly introduction to the company.
Implemented a range of HR initiatives to drive employee retention and productivity.
Created a WhatsApp group to assist in the onboarding of over 90 newcomers, from July to December, to ensure they are fully inducted and informed of the process within their first two-week period.
