SISPU is Corporate Business Development that works to manage multiple companies with different projects of Al Jomaih companies and provide Corporate Performance Analyst & Strategic Initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities involve the following factories :

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Help & guide the top level of the organization, works on key strategic initiatives, and participates in strategic development. The position helps lead operational projects, monitors performance and supports the COO’s work with the Senior Management Team and the Administrative Managers for multiple industries.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Defines and develops metrics to measure performance on key initiatives, business drivers, and progress towards goals
• Develops specifications for reporting of key corporate metrics and participates in implementation of reports and reporting tools.
• Analyze company performance to support leadership in decision making and strategic planning.
• Participate in the corporate strategic planning process.
• Document, track and report progress on the strategic initiative portfolio for management and board use.
• Monitor key trends and competitive landscape; conduct targeted analyses; recommend reprioritization, elimination or introduce new initiatives to ensure corporate goals are met.
• Provide data and technical support to leaders who are considering solutions to business problems or analyzing new opportunities.

• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
• Used KPI to evaluate Projects Performance.
• Manage deliverables to the COO and provide any necessary reporting. Utilizes standard operational reports to monitor and improve plant performance
• Facilitates decision-making by finance and operations personnel by presenting data analysis
• Creates tools or systems, including database and spreadsheet, to improve financial data analysis and reporting
• Prepares routine and ad hoc reports (financial, quality, production, customer service, operational efficiency, etc.)
• Works with operations and finance to achieve reporting synergies
• Develops business unit forecasts as required.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Agree objectives in line with business and brand objectives and values.
• Comply with statutory and legal requirements for Health and Safety, Fire, Licensing.
• Analyze root causes of business problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain documentations for problem identification, definition and solving procedures.
• Provide optimal business solutions to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing business programs
• Suggest new techniques and technologies to meet or exceed business goals.
• Identify skill gaps and provide appropriate trainings to resources.
• Provide direction and support to business teams whenever required.
• Develop business presentations for management and customers as needed.
• Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports to management.
• Develop, update and enforce business policies and procedures.
