Fresh Graduate Program for Field Service Engineers for the Patient Monitors (PCCI/PCMS) modality. my main responsibilities includes:
- Planned maintenance and equipment modifications.
- Corrective maintenance.
- Reporting identified device safety issues according to applicable PH quality standard policy.
- Ordering spare parts.
- Initiating quote generation.
- Responsible for Eastern region DMOH to maintain & strengthen MOH satisfaction and better communication for the MOH hospitals in the area.
Certified in many Philips products.

• Seven months as coop trainee with Zain where I had the leverage of working with different departments:
•Network Operations Department:
•Transmission division (DWDM team and MW team).
•Performance Management team Back Office (BO).
•Mentoring the network, making sure of KPIs and report them to NOC BO and defining new KPIs. Writing daily/monthly reports of the KPIs to the Quality team.
