Working as Facility management unit chief in Riyadh branch which includes (5) industrial cities. My roles are involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to buildings, roads and infrastructure. Likely areas of responsibility include:
• Roads and buildings cleaning and maintenance.
• Landscape and irrigation networks.
• Work permits for all the contractors in Riyadh branch.
• Hospitality
• procurement and contract management.
• utilities and communications infrastructure.
My focus on using a best practice to improve efficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity, typical tasks may include:
• Ensuring that facilities such as roads, buildings, cleaning, irrigation are well maintained and meet Modon regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
• Project management, supervising and coordinating the daily work of contractors.
• Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
• Using performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement
• keeping staff safe and ensure they have clearly scope of work.
• Calculating and comparing costs for required services and high level of maintenance expectations to achieve maximum value for money
• Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
• Planning for future development in line with Modon mission and vision.
Working for the operation & maintenance department in Riyadh industrial cites.
• One of my role is managing the Modon contractor for the rehabilitation and development program for Roads and Infrastructure inside Riyadh industrial cities. including definition of project scope, deliverables, schedules and KPI's to meet changing needs and requirements.
• I also develop and deliver program reports, Proposal items, and requirement documentation to achieve efficiency saving and best performance management.
• Other role is my responsibility to manage and approved work permits for utilities contractors in
Riyadh industrial cities after review the work permit requirements.
• I also carry the responsibility to build and manage stakeholder relationships and engagement in all work permits including FM department, Safety department, Quality department, Contactors,
and the Clients for utilities projects.
My position was a coordinator for a housing project which is related to Ministry of Defense. The work environment was very Competitive and challenge because the project was running in Four sites: Dammam, Dhahran, Am Alsahik, and Alnuayreayh.
My rule is update necessary tracking system to make sure that project status Is running with complete accuracy, and provided routine project review reports to the client
I was responsible for coordinating and following up a project, which is about parking building belongs to Ministry of High Education. Moreover, designing effective agenda meetings and developing strategies to see the project through from beginning to end
