4- Scheduling the production plan by softwareLEVEL3 and also by SAP system.
5-Selecting the raw materials required for product the pipes as required and in accordance with the technical file that determines the path of production from beginning to end through all the necessary tests for product safety and access to the highest degree of quality.
6-Create JOB ID includes the production plan and send it to all lines of production in the PLANT.
7-Follow-up of production in all lines to resolve all technical problems facing the path of the product by programming LEVEL3 and LEVEL2.
8-Daily reports describe quantity was produced within 24 hours in production and testing lines, completed or rejected. Monthly reports describe quantity has been produced by tons for all customers and also described the production (still running-rejected -not acceptable to the specifications required) by tons.
Follow-up product and then return as the final weight and registration information. Extraction percentage of the product after accounting for weight per piece. Final inspection on the status of the product and the inspection department of this Report, if any.
