- Execute ELM organization-wide strategy
- Align business units, departments strategy with ELM's corporate strategy
- Create & maintain strategic initiatives across ELM & its BU's and departments.
- Create the strategy map for ELM & its BUs and departments to ensure better communication.
- Create & maintain the Balance Score Card for ELM & its units.
- Create new KPI's & PI's to ELM corporate, Business Units, and departments.
- Ensure cascading of corporate goals & targets to BUs & Departments.
- Review the Balanced Scorecard annually, quarterly, and monthly.

- Create ad-hoc reports regarding ELM performance for the board of directors & top management.
- Participate as team-member in special task forces that handles different requirements such as the
creation of Elm’s newest business line “Emerging Business” and revising Elm’s strategic themes after the
falling of oil prices
- Manage special projects such as Gallup’s Q12 technique which assess employee engagement level
across the organisation
- Introduce new practices and procedures that help create better knowledge management culture within
ELM
- Ensure Knowledge Management practices adherence by all units
