Help in Creation of standards and methods followed by the company
Assess projects and discuss with PSG/Development and the customer to create the optimal project plan while accounting for risks and possible issues
Follow-up with the responsible parties to make sure the projects undertaken are going to plan.

Develop new business and maintain CAM, Credit Automation Management (CAM) solution using ASP.NET with C#, SQL Server 2005/TSQL, Crystal Reports and JavaScript/HTML. CAM is used for automating the procedure for analyzing and managing the credit portfolio and enables process automation in order to speed up the process for approving the loan applications. Played an active role developing CAC Documentation module. CAC documentation module is an enhancement to the CAM system that generates bank’s client legal documents.
Implementing phase 2 of CFS, Co-operative Financial Services. CFS automates Consumer Financing reduces the lengthy time needed by the manual process of processing Auto Lease, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans. Was responsible for the reporting solution and notification system using Microsoft Reporting Services 2005, forms and workflow development.
Developing and maintaining SigCap; signature capture solution used in banks for signature verification. This application uses various technologies C++, .Net and java. Was responsible for the java application maintenance and development.
Designed and implementing a reporting and delivery module for use in our projects. This module provides reporting solutions and the possibility to send reports via email as notifications triggered by schedules or events.
Maintaining SigCap MQ which is an application server to serve the SigCap Data over the IBM Web Sphere MQ Channel. Server expects requests from clients to be in specific XML format and it replies back in form of an XML Document. Server provides a minimal but sufficient set of requests and responses so that any third party client (equivalent to Retrieve) can be written (on top of IBM Web Sphere MQ).
