Prepare conceptual and detailed mechanical design packages for Petro Rabigh. Including ER Estimate and construction scope of work as per Saudi Aramco Standards and Saudi Building Code.
General maintenance engineer
Manage mechanical team and assign tasks for each engineer to fulfill the project requirements. Train the fresh engineers the conceptual and detail design including flow and stress analysis, plumbing, HVAC, drafting and data collection. Key responsibilities:
• Prepare conceptual and detailed design packages as per Saudi Aramco Standards for various projects in western region including Jeddah Refinery, Lubrif and Yanbu Refineries.
• Responsible to provide the engineering output for the mechanical discipline for all projects, according to the project requirements and the corporate management.
• Update and share knowledge and procedures with the team on all relevant discipline engineering aspects.
• Perform the set engineering activities and ensure that these activities and deliverables meet relevant standards.
• Extend mechanical engineers and designers experience and update their knowledge.
• Prepare Material -Take-of and project ER estimating.
• Familiar with ASME code and know how adopt it.
Duties include design mechanical systems for major industrial clients in the area including petrochemical and oil and gas companies. Preparing engineering specification for installation to meet the client's requirements. Key responsibilities:
• Performed incompressible fluid flow analysis and selected pumps.
• Designed Sprinkler System based on National Fire Protection Association Code (NFPA).
• Performed Hydraulic calculation for sprinkler system manually and using software.
• Designed Fire Water Systems for Saudi Aramco facilities.
• Designed Drainage and Water supply Systems.
• Have knowledge of International Plumbing Code (IPC) and know how to adopt it.
• Designed HVAC systems based on (ASHREA) standard and duct sizing.
• Performed heat Load Calculations.
