• To support the ongoing activities of all MEDGULF and POS employees in the Kingdom by receiving and promptly resolving all IT complaint tickets.
• Windows 10 / Outlook 2016 supported & troubleshooting.
• Dealing perfectly with Service Request System (SRS).
• Dealing perfectly with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) to manage PC's on the network.
• Installing new computers and printers, upgrading computer systems and installing power or cabling components.
• The daily monitoring of the Jeddah server room, in addition to 4 Switches rooms.
• Follow up POS problems PC/Printers /POS Apps and requests for inks.
• Provide all requirements of the IT the inks and papers and new PC’s device and printers machines (Papers Printers- Card Printers) in coordination with suppliers
• Dealing with the IOP and IMS issues and escalation the issues to the HO if the issues from the (Database) and follow the issues to the end.
• Access door /fingerprint/ CCTV / IP Phone Polycom supported & troubleshooting
