• Supported head of the program in program management activities.
Working at Ministry of Commerce as Business Analyst, engaging with stakeholders from all business units to defining, gathering, analyzing, and documenting business processes and software requirements.
My role also involved performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and following up with stakeholders to ensure that delivered software compliance with their requirements.
Within my role as Business Analyst at Ministry of Commerce, I was assigned to be BA Team Lead temporary, and my role includes:
• Prepare periodic reports on project status, and progress.
• Provide support and feedback within the BA team.
• Perform team lead duties including scheduling, reporting to management, delegating and prioritizing workloads
Tafeal was a startup company at that time, I was on charge of my role + other responsibilities as follows:
• Assessing potential customers.
• Gathering, analyzing and documenting business/software requirements.
• Business processes building & reengineering.
• Assisting in project management activities (software delivery management).
• Functional testing of delivered software to ensure compliance with clients’ requirements.
