- Conceptualising turnkey solutions, analyzing associated technical specifications and managing the execution of projects.
- Preparing project schedules and plans, issuing complete schedules of work to involved parties, assigning all required resources to the project and monitoring actual project progress against agreed schedules/ plans to ensure completion within specified time/ budget/quality.
- Analysing project inception plan and creating FDED in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing -estimation of cost, reviewing scope of work, sub-contracting requirements, and project scheduling.

- Determined work scope for each project, managed project team, contractors, prepared standards /specifications of related E&M tools, equipment, test, work flow and work procedures to ensure all projects/contracts are delivered on time, within budget and in accordance with customers’ requirements.
- Assisted in designing, creating and preparing specifications of tenders, check lists of mechanical and electrical works in buildings/offices and sales center and evaluated /negotiated with bidders.
- Directed, monitored and coordinated project processes, evaluations/ plans to guarantee project progress in accordance with the project schedule.
- Supervised and inspected modification, testing and operation for civil and E&M equipment’s.
- Drafted technical evaluation reports for innovative products and equipment and reported project status/ progress to the senior management. Recommended processes to improve quality and efficiency of projects.
