To check quality of product at each stage of the operation right from the receiving to final dispatches, all in process and online inspections.
•Responsible for quality control operations.
•Laboratory analysis & record keeping.
•Analysis of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products as per specifications.
•CCP monitoring, taking corrective actions & preventive actions in case of deviations.
•Internal calibration of lab equipment’s.
•Coordination with all department head on quality issues.
•Supplier audits & implementation of corrective & preventive action plan in coordination with suppliers.
•To analyze customer complaints based on responses and take corrective actions for improvements.
