I AM RESPONSIBLE FOR OVERALL MANAGEMENT OF CAR & LCV WORKSHOP CONSIST OF 25 WORKERS. MY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ARE BESIDES DAY TO DAY WORK, HANDLE CUSTOMERS, HANDLE COMPANIES WITH WHOM WE HAVE REPAIR CONTRACTS, INSURANCE COMPANIES FOR ACCIDENT JOBS, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO STAFF AS AND WHEN REQUIRED, HOUSE KEEPING, AND SPECIAL FOCUS ON REPAIR QUALITY & TIMELY DELIVERY.
MANAGE TEAM OF SERVICE ENGINEERS ALL INDIA BASIS FOR PARTS AND SERVICE/MAINTENENCE OF CATERPILLAR HEAVY EARTH MOVING EQUIPMENTS AND DG SETS CUSTOMERS.INCREASED BUSINESS BY 65%.
To manage Service and spare parts team of Ashok Leyland vehicles and achieve targets, To maintain good relation with customers and company's officials as well, To make sure that processes are adhered and score good marks in Balanced Score Card. To maintain good CSI level and over and above to run the two large Workshops and one Spare Parts Outlet of Ashok Leyland vehicles in Profit. 300% growth in workshop revenue within one year. Introduced new concept of service marketing in the company and effectively implemented it.
LOOK AFTER SALES, SERVICE, SPARES AND ADMINISTRATION OF LARGE TATA MOTORS DEALERSHIP OF TATA RANGE OF VEHICLES. BEING HEAD OF THE DEALERSHIP ACCOUNTABLE FOR PROFIT, LOSS AND ALL OTHER MATTERS. TO RUN THE DEALERSHIP AS PROFIT CENTRE MAINTAINING NORMS FIXED BY THE MANAGEMENT AND THE PRINCIPAL. ALSO TAKE CARE OF FUND AND VEHICLE OFFTAKE/STOCK MANAGEMENT. 2nd position in sales and 2nd rank in csi in zone.
