Presently working as Supervisor Maintenance at Emirates Steel Industries Utility and water treatment plant PH 2 Abu Dhabi UAE.
To provide technical leadership and support to the utility and water plants maintenance, ensuring that all maintenance jobs are executed and problems are overcome in a timely manner. Technical improvement opportunities identified and realized, in order to support the achievement of uninterrupted utilities supply that meets the needs of the production process present and future. And have responsibility for overall maintenance and condition monitoring of utility and water plants assets.
Execution engineering projects, Installation, Construction, Erection, Maintenance, Planning, Monitoring, inspection, testing of various equipment’s viz. boilers, Turbines, heaters, de aerators, condensers, heat exchangers. Pumps, Compressors, Columns, Furness along with rated structural steel work knowledge of plant and off side piping construction, pressure testing, air and steam blowing, water, flashing, hydrostatic testing, high pressure safety valves testing, painting, insulations, activities of petrochemical, utilities and power plant projects. Performed and lead construction inspection overhauling disassembly Maintenance repair as well as re assembly of rotating and static equipment gas/steam turbines boilers, pumps, compressor, and planning and scheduling of predictive, preventive, routine, shutdown and turnaround jobs list for maintenance.
experience in Maintenance from grass root level, oversees maintenance functions and providing leadership, solutions to the maintenance team.
Extensive experience in maintenance and trouble shooting of Petrochemical, utility and waste water treatment plants in Saudi Arabia.
Scheduled maintenance preparation and execution with in-house staff and contractor.
Anchoring the maintenance team for periodic planned preventive maintenance and annual turn around activities.
Experienced in preparing equipment inspection and repair standards, analyzing and optimizing maintenance schedules.
Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other
departments Requisition materials and supplies.
Develop and organize training programs and conducts in-house training. Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity Train or arrange training of workers
Supervise, operate, monitor and control assigned work area Through DCS/Field safely & efficiently, to Achieve target plant yield without any loss and within Emission limits, and ensures effective hand-over on shift Changes.
Performed and lead pre commissioning and commissioning, testing of high pressure
Boilers, safety valve, air and Steam blowing, water flashing, hydrostatic testing, , and start up activities of petrochemical, utilities Project.
Worked with the commissioning team for the commissioning and startup of the mechanical and electrical equipment’s testing for their optimum and cost reduction, performance and durability.
Participate and responsible for routine preventive and turn around maintenance activities of statics and rotating equipment’s, trouble shooting, Maintenance during operation and observed the plant for maintaining stable conditions for safe and smooth operation.
Lead and supervised the Planning Team, which provides support to area and central maintenance in the Maintenance Department. My main task was to compile the scope of work, provides the basic planning, materials and equipment requirements for any major inspection or overhaul of plant equipment during annual maintenance shutdown.
To organize, plan and estimate the tools, materials and manpower required for each scope of work in coordination with other discipline engineers.
