1) Provide information on matters pertaining to admission requirements and procedures, curriculum and general university information.
2) Respond proactively to students, potential students, alumni, employers and parents about their issues and concerns.
3) Meet potential students and conduct informative presentations.
4) Provide information to walk in students over the counter.
5) Design and carry out recruitment events.
6) Design and carry out orientation programs for newly admitted ADU students.
7) Propose and implement a Student Recruitment plans, in liaison with the three academic colleges and the ADU English Language Institute.
8) Stay up to date with college offerings
9) Coordinate with colleges/faculty ensuring involvement in various recruitment activities
10) Coordinate and implement recruitment activities and liaise with all departments which are involved directly or indirectly with Student recruitment
11) Serve as primary point of contact for internal coordination of university student recruitment and enrollment management goals
12) Provide the Marketing Department with input for the development of appropriate literature, displays materials and other university information including the website
13) Coordinate with Marketing with regard to ADU’s participation in exhibitions.
14) Contacting educational zone to update school listings and receive approval on school visit schedule
15) Coordinate development of student recruitment strategy with the Associate Director to increase the quality and quantity of applications and enquiries, in UAE, regional and international markets, with the aim of achieving departmental goals and targets as well as increasing the registration of suitable students.
16) Conduct school/company visit presentations and other recruitment activities
17) Coordinating with agents for recruitment purpose outside the UAE
1) Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
2) Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails.
3) Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
4) Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
5) Gathering market and customer information
6) Negotiating on price and costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
7) Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
8) Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
9) Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock
10) Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office.
