Establish marine logistics for the import and export of oil from and within Middle East countries, and Gulf of Aden and within Mediterranean region by suitably coordinating with reputed National Oil Companies/Oil Majors/ Traders / Ship Owners/Vessel Crew/Ship Brokers, Oil Ports authorities/ Terminals, Cargo Inspectors and Ship-agent companies both at Load ports & Discharge port
•To draft sales and purchase contract of Gas oil and Fuel oil based on trade deal recap concluded by trading desk with counterparties.
•To draft terminal storage agreement and managing terminal day to day operations, inventory control and managing daily inventory, quality and quantity control by appointing and advising surveyor to check daily gauging and periodical analysis test of each store tanks.
•Execution of Charter Party and Sale/Purchase contract and Storage lease agreement
•Monitoring and manage product stock at the terminals and utilizing full usage of cargo storage
•Managing terminal supervisors appointed by our company
•Logistics arrangement to supply Gas Oil to local customers in UAE from our GPC Terminal. Receiving and ensuring payment credit from customer and advising terminal to release cargo for ex-tank customers. Receiving tanker nomination from customer and nominating tanker truck to terminal to load cargo for ex-tank customers.
•Liaison with surveyor / inspector for daily gauging at our shore tanks located at GPC Terminal, Hamriyah
•Quality and Quantity loss control by appointing and monitoring surveyors report at regular intervals
•Ensuring no demurrage or less demurrage by making proper planning with loading and discharging terminals, vessel owners, oil trader/refineries
•Preparing laytime calculation upon completion of voyage
•Handling all loading arrangements at terminal by coordinating with surveyor, shipper and agent for Very Low Sulphur Fuel oil and High Sulphur Fuel Oil at GTI / GPC Terminal, Fujairah and GPC Terminal, Sharjah
•Issuing Documentary instructions and Liaison with shipper/buyer for smooth loading arrangements
•Organizing shore tank analysis before each shipment from nominated shore tank for loading
•Sharing analysis report of VLSFO / HSFO with counterparties before loading
•Managing our tanks at Decal Terminal storage at Venice, Italy for storing our cargo Gas Oil for stock and sale supply to local customers in Italy
•Advising cargo release to Decal Terminal storage for our customers
•Proactive communication of relevant information to key stakeholders, viz., deals desk, trade finance, treasury, commercial team

• Procurement and Sale of Cement / Clinker / Gypsum / Bauxite / GBF Slag / Iron Ore / Limestone / Aggregates

• Market research and analysis to find suitable Manufacturers / Suppliers in the market where quality raw materials for Cement industries & Alumina industries can be procured at competitive price

• Planning and scheduling of shipments with shipper/buyer/in-house chartering desk for various cargos such as Clinker/ Cement / Gypsum / GBF Slag / Limestone / Aggregates / Bauxite / Iron Ore / Pyroxenite/ Coal

• To draft sale and purchase contract of Clinker/ Cement/Gypsum/GBF Slag / Limestone / Aggregates / Bauxite / Iron Ore / Pyroxenite / Coal based on trade recap concluded by trading desk with counterparties.
• Taking precautions to ensure no quantity shortage and quality claim
• Market analysis to reduce trucking and turnkey operational costs
• Negotiation and finalizing contract with transporters, turnkey operators, surveyors and agents
• Coordination with Vessel owners / Brokers regarding shipment schedules and vessel fixtures
• Execution of Charter Party and Sale/Purchase contract
• Appointing Surveyor for Quality and Quantity.
• Coordination with shipping agents regarding arrangements for loading and discharging operations of cargos at respective ports.

• Coordination and intense follow up with the turn key operators for timely delivery of cargo from port to factory & from factory to port and ensuring smooth operation.
• Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors by resolving their complaints if any with win-win strategy
• Arranging Import/Export documentation in line with L/C requirement
• Thorough knowledge in customs documentation requirement at Middle East / Far East and Indian ports
• Preparing laytime calculation upon completion of voyage
• Fully responsible for all operational works with regard to Import / Export from the time of finalizing the contract with both exporters/importers till the execution of shipment
