Taking Care All Legal Documents of The Company Including Trade License, Other Documents Including Passports Of The Staffs, Labour Contracts, Etc. Preparing All The Necessary Documents For New Visas, Renewal Of Expired Visas and Cancellation Of Visas Of The Personals Who Are Terminated or Resigned. Preparation Of Necessary Documents For The Renewal Of Trade License Of The Company. Labour Card Preparation, Labour Card Cancellation, Cancellation Of Labour Cards & Visa Of Absconding Staffs. Preparing Documents For National Identity Card (Emirates ID), Staff Salary Transfer (W.P.S.), Renewal Of Post Box, etc. Familiar To Dubai Municipality, Dubai Police, Road Transport Authority, Hospital Cases & Consulate Works. Finding New Business For The Company. Advising & Guiding Staff. Managing all the Premises of Various Landlords (Includes Cleaning & Other Maintenance). Finding new properties. Giving advertisement in different Medias to attract more clients. Meeting different Landlords at their offices in order to get new properties. Negotiating Price/Rent on behalf of Client as well as on behalf of the Owner. Guiding Costumer to the Owners Office or Collects cheques/Cash & submitting it to the Owners Office on behalf of the Costumer in order to prepare the Tenancy Contract. Finalizes the deal, handover the tenancy contract/Agreement to costumer collects the agreed commission.
