Appointed to lead the entire marketing function through a turnaround. Majority of responsibilities involved development and implementation of annual marketing plans that resulted in consistent sales increase both in the local and international markets. Compared to year 2014, sales have risen by 15% a positive performance becoming profitable by 2018.

Proven leadership experience of large eCommerce projects (B2C/B2B) for over 9 years.
- Collaborating with cross‐functional teams (internal and external personnel) to manage all aspects of
the eCommerce businesses including, development and execution of strategic and tactical business
plans supporting the eCommerce strategy, website design and development, online international
payment gateway integration, e‐commerce security, promotional campaigns/ online marketing,
customer service, web analytics and web technologies, content strategy and development, product delivery/ shipping.
- Essentially ensuring excellence in user experience of the websites, moreover, effectiveness, accuracy
and timeliness of site navigation, checkout funnels, content developments and advertising campaigns.
- Increase eCommerce sales and profitability by generating and executing new sales and marketing
initiatives.
- Strong experience interpreting analytics related to eCommerce: test results, drawing conclusions and
providing solutions together with team members.
- Strong business judgment and decision‐making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
