Key Responsibilities
 To ensure effective implementation of company’s sales operation system and policies in the context of sales & distribution of Telenor products and services.
 To ensure that all the reporting is executed as per the assigned timeline and standard format.
 To ensure that all the information is communicated timely & effectively, to the relevant channel (across the region)
 Nurture relationship with staff by following through on commitments, respecting confidentiality, and demonstrating an interest in their work related issues and activities.
 To gather Market Intelligence information on regular basis.
 To ensure that the staff is trained on Product knowledge, Systems, Routines & Procedures and soft skills
 Preparation of annual training plan split into quarters and months & execution of training calendar.
 To guide the Post paid Executive. MNP Executive, System Support Executive to plan to understand the Postpaid sales, MNP sales & system issue & resolve it on time
 Responsible of making a detailed training manual in consultation with Training Supervisor / Regional Director and Head Office.
 To plan the postpaid sales forecast.
 To plan the execution of stock order on time & sufficient stock should be available in the market.
 System Support Training at Franchise channel
 Overall yearly system training plan for the Regional Staff & as well as franchise staff.
 To ensure the proper utilization of regional budgets.
 To plan market visits with Postpaid Executive, System Support Executive and Regional Director S&D.
 Special Projects planning.
 To provide the technical support to the regional team on recharge/Postpaid sales & system support related issues.
 To ensure that company postpaid sales objective are met.
 To ensure that to provide the all system support to the franchises.
 Visit to the retail market and Franchises in citadel town.
 Ensure the collection and evaluation of sales data, and its timely updating.
 Coordination with engineering department, for the subscribers feed back
 To ensure timely submission of reports / Returns required by HO.
 To have a close watch on competitors activities and report them to Regional Director for the counter plans, as per the standard format.
 Provide timely support in managing regional business goals
 To ensure company MNP sales objective are met.
 End to end coordination and planning of franchise acquisition/termination process, including business case evaluation/advertisement/selection/refurbishment/staff hiring
 To ensure correct and up to date mapping of sales staff/franchises/retailers/territories
 Providing support to TP/channel by ensuring accounts records reconciliation
 Ensuring in time staff commission verification/processing/visibility
 Coordination and planning of new site acquisition & assist for resolution in network related issues.

Planning & Reporting Speacialist في Telenor, Pakistan

Based in the Operations Finance Department of the Telenor, following are the major responsibilities.

 Monitor reconciliations of daily financial activities at S&SC level (Financial and Inventory).
 Ensure control of trading inventory at S&SC through physical count and report reconciliations.
 Maintain activity wise record for unrecorded transactions and ensure timely deposit of funds into bank.
 Hand Set Inventory Demarcation/ movement and ensure accurate recording in system.
 Fixation of financial reports in Tracker.
 Effective testing and feed back of new modules in tracker.
 Monthly audits of selected S&SCs .
 Monthly reporting requirements.
o Inventory reconciliation
o Accumulated Receivable/ Payable report
o S&SC & BDC fund variance report
o TP Franchise Fund variance report
o Bank realization status statement
o Any other report as and when required.

Associate II, Finance Department في Mobilink (An Orascom Telecom Company)

Based in the Operations Finance Department of the Mobilink, following were the major responsibilities.

 Stock (Pre-paid connections, postpaid connections, replacement SIM and scratch cards) issuance from regional store to franchises and incorporation in financial inventory software.
 Stock issuance from regional store to Business Centers.
 Stock issuance to Zonal store (Peshawar).
 Credit stock issuance to franchises, follow up recoveries and maintain record thereof.
 Co-ordinate with indirect Sales department for stock issuance and issues resolution like, bounce cheques recovery, Clearance of stock cheques, Credit Stock and Prepaid and postpaid receivables appearing at franchises.
 Collection and reconciliation of monthly stock reports from franchises and send them to main store for QSR.
 Resolution and follow-ups of Bank Reconciliation team’s queries, such as tracing of extra debits and extra credits, bounce cheques recovery, irregularities in billing cash deposits, rectification of wrong entries and bounce cheques collection and subsequent entries in efics.
 Monitor timely provision of monthly stock reports of Regional store and Franchises to Main Store.
 Monitor and control issuance and sales at Business Center’s staff.
 Design formats for controlling and monitoring of issuance for new promos.
 Regional Store’s Stock reconciliation and physical verification on regular intervals.
 Monitor reordering level.
 Maintain all reporting requirements of regional store.
 Petty handling at regional office Islamabad.
 To ensure proper administration and discipline at the Sales & Service Center.
Cash Management
 Receives a variety of payments and other cash and cash-related transactions which includes sales and bill handling; verify and post to appropriate accounts; issue receipts.
