with corporation with Jordan Industrial Chamber and Workforce Development - USAID project to promote the Employment Promotional Unit( EPUs )at Industrial chambers in Zarqa, Irbid and East Amman, my role is to manage the project from hiring and training volunteers

The purpose of this training is to Developing Work Place Capability & Identifying Top Talent for poultry plant -women at Al Marai, the project consist of three stages, starting from Needs Identification, Second Developing and designing the training content and finally, executing Training in house.

HR Assessment for Ministry of Environment, The main objective of the assessment was to evaluate human resources management (HRM) capacity of the Ministry of Environment (MoEnv) regarding functionality of existing Directorates and Governorates, through reviewing the current organization structure comparing with ministry's mission, vision, job description, and understanding the business process ( work flow) and policies and procedures that are implemented in the ministry
