I am a dedicated, manager, beauty therapist & educator for CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC, holder of a BA degree in Communication Arts-Journalism (English), a French national of Lebanese origin.
With over twenty years of experience working on training individuals (Trainers, Sales Representatives and Clients), I have acquired and shared an array of technologies and methodologies, administered beauty and industry culture and knowledge, designed educational programs, content, syllabi and curriculums, preached health and safety at work, taught business awareness, managed day to day operations in beauty institutes, training centers and training schools, created policies, SOPs ad KPIs, established and headed academic beauty schools...
Leadership is my passion; it is infinite and contagious, and I am determined to pass it on, so as to motivate and inspire others towards further personal and career growth.
