• Acting as the technical advisor on the construction site for contractors and sub-contractor.
• Reviewing plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Permitting and inspecting the mechanical works.
• Attending site meetings with other trades and taking actions for the requested items for mechanical works.
• Preparing weekly report and submitting to the project manager and highlighting the problems affecting the progress on site.

• Responsible for the detailed design and tender documents and Issued for Construction Drawings (IFC) of all HVAC works associated with the buildings and the design co-ordination of multidisciplinary. Project consists of executive Universities, building, hotel, villas, Commercial building, Educational Buildings Restaurants Etc.
• Prepare Design Criteria, Selection of Equipment's, Air Handling Units, Split Air conditioners Ducting Air Distribution, Selection of diffusers, grilles, Hangers & supports, Selection of AHU and other duct accessories.
• Self-Contained packaged Air conditioners: Types of packaged A/C systems (air cooled/water cooled).
• Chilled Water system: Chilled and Hot Water Pipe Sizing, Selection of fan coil units, Air handling units, Chillers, Chilled water pumps.

Responsibility to follow up any relevant issues or outstanding work with the client.
