2. Conducting marketing/ promotional campaigns.
3. Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.
4. Provide financial information and analytical data to the potential buyer.
5. Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on my database.
6. Create and cultivate relationships with customers for future purchases and transactions.
7. Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price.
