Responsibilities in Sea Import:
- Receiving Pre Alerts from different agents and confirm the Pre Alert.
- Checking with delivery agent and Liners about the shipment arrival status.
- Communicate the ETA with customer(consignee)
- Collect delivery order from liner.
- Receiving and checking original documents for customs clearance.
- Sending original Documents with clearance clerk for customs clearance.
- Coordinating with transport team for prompt delivery at the site.
- Arranging the clearance documents for customer copy.
- Costing the whole job before send it to the billing department.
- Booking all supplier invoices from agent and local suppliers.
- If the Pre Alerts are only for Delivery Order release, Send Cargo Arrival Notice to the consignee and Cost the job.
Responsibilities in Warehouse Supervisor:
 Verifying shipment physically and matching with documents
 Issuing GRN and forwarding tally sheet to operator for shipment discrepancy
 Dealing with various customer for customs clearance and delivery
 Picking shipment as per customer requirements and dropping the item on customs inspection area
 Preparing gate pass and POD
 Making customs documentation after shipment delivery
 Handling the team members.
 Holding regular meeting for the management update and reporting.
 Manpower and material management
 Bounded warehouse
 To ensure all the services are provided in accordance with commitments made to customer
 Good knowledge in handling oversized shipments.
